The Miser's Gold
Aldar-Kose heard tales of a miser who hid his gold beneath his house, never spending a coin. With a plan in mind, Aldar-Kose visited the miser, pretending to be a poor traveler. He praised the miser's wisdom for saving so much. The miser, flattered and unsuspecting, invited Aldar-Kose for dinner, eager to boast more.

Under the cover of night, Aldar-Kose sneaked out and began digging quietly beneath the miser's house. Just as he found the chest of gold, a cat's screech startled the miser awake. Aldar-Kose quickly hid, watching as the miser checked his gold and went back to bed, unaware of the close call.
